Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Hatcher Home purchase. Because our products are fulfilled by a variety of carefully selected supplier partners, return eligibility and return instructions may vary by product.

If you would like to request a return, please contact us at hatcherscents@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not return an item to the address shown on your package without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

To be eligible for a return, items must generally be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hatcherscents@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible so we can work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom products, perishable goods, gift cards, clearance/final-sale merchandise, and other items identified as non-returnable on the product page. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a particular item.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return and the applicable supplier's return policy. If a return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding where the item should be sent and whether return shipping charges apply.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
